Mariella Agapiou is a proud Londoner, but a New Yorker at heart. She is a MA Fashion and Lifestyle Journalism graduate, was the Features Editor for ELLE Magazine UK’s Edited by the Interns Issue, the current Editorial Co-ordinator at Twin Magazine as well as having interned in London at The Daily Telegraph and in Brooklyn at WG News & Arts. She also works as a Freelance Writer, PR and Social Media Girl for all sorts of companies and brands. 

Extremely creative, Mariella uses words as her outlet and also writes short-stories, produces short-films and is working on her first novel.  She has an unhealthy obsession with platform heels. Here she writes notes on the things she finds alluring.

Sometimes her brother, Stavros Agapiou, will feel inspired enough to want to translate her words into moving images. They work together under the production company name S&M.
